Keypro respects the confidentiality of Your personal data.
In this Privacy policy we tell You about the principles on how we care for Your data privacy when You are using network information service (Service) or other system containing personal data and which is provided by Keypro (We). We operate in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We provide the Service based on Our agreement with the Customer. The Customer can be an infrastructure owner, network planner, consultant or whoever has bought the Service from Us.
Depending on which Service you are using, Keypro can act in the role of Data processor and/or Data Controller. According to the GDPR, the Data controller defines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data and because of this We as a Processor only describe in this document the general principles of the processing of Your personal data which are common to all our network information system customers. The Controller can tell You more details about the processing of Your personal data.

Regarding other Keypro services, Keypro usually acts as the Data Processor, and our Customer who ordered the Service is the Data Controller. You can find the information about Data Controller and representative of the service you are using in the customer specific terms of service, which are available directly from the Customer or linked in the login page of the Service.
3 YOUR PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND STORE
We store personal data about you as an end customer of the network, such as a water supply connection customer or a telecommunications network connection customer, so that we can provide you with a high-quality online service. We also collect information about users to develop the service. If you are our customer or employee, we store information about you in our other registers.
The basis for processing Your personal data as stated on article 6 EU general data protection principles is
- our contractual relationship with the Registrar, when our customer processes your personal data to provide you with an online service, such as an internet or water connection.

If you do not log in to the service, we only store your IP address and other information automatically collected by the service.
If you log in to the service, we only collect and store information about you that is necessary for the production of the service.
We collect and store the following information:

- about the end customer of the network, we also store your address and the type of apartment, if any.

The Data controller, such as our Customer, may define the location where the data, such as network information, is stored. The information about this can be obtained from the Data controller.
We as Controller may share Your personal data with operators and information systems for the purposes described in the Your personal data we collect and store section and only to the extent necessary to fulfil the purposes. We may also share your personal data with the authorities, if the legislation or the authorities so prescribe.
6 TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE EU OR EEA
We as Data controller may transfer data from our registers, such as our marketing register, outside the EU, where we still follow these same data protection principles.
7 HOW LONG WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We store Your personal data in accordance with the instructions of the Controller as long as you are a user of the service or the network service offered to you by our Customer, and it is necessary to store them to fulfil the purposes of use of the personal data defined in this privacy policy

You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority if You see that either We or the Controller has processed Your personal data in violation of the data protection legislation.

Together with the Controller, we ensure that Your personal data is protected and stored in an information system, to which access is limited only to persons who need the information in question to perform their duties. The persons in question have personal usernames and identifiers at their disposal and are bound by the obligation to keep personal data confidential.
